Abstract
This is the fourth edition to the National Trust's Annual Research Report, which showcases the applied academic research carried out by staff across the Trust and with our valued partners in research and practice.
The Trust's 7th year as an Independent Research Organisation coincides with the start of the National Trust's 10-year strategy People and nature thriving. Our strategy sets out ambitious targets to 2035 and beyond, with goals to Restore Nature, End Unequal Access, and Inspire Millions. This report demonstrates how our research is generating new understanding to deliver that ambition, with examples of projects and partnerships on each of those goals.
